Do you sell new or refurbished autoclaves?

Both. Every refurbished autoclave ships tested, serviced, and backed by a parts-and-labor warranty. New units come direct from the manufacturer at authorized-dealer pricing. If cost is tight, we'll match you to a refurbished unit. If you need the latest model, we'll quote you new.

Which autoclave brands do you carry?

Tuttnauer, Midmark, Ritter, Market Forge, Pelton & Crane, Getinge, and Steris. Tabletop and larger chamber models. New, refurbished, and parts for most models built in the last three decades.

Can you help me find a replacement part?

Almost always. Booth Medical stocks replacement parts for autoclaves, exam tables, dental chairs, and sterilizers across every major manufacturer. If a part is out of production, call (501) 521-1450 and our techs will identify a working substitute from our parts catalog. Most in-stock orders ship same day from Alexander, Arkansas.

Will you buy my used autoclave?

Yes. Working or not. Send a photo and the model number to info@boothmed.com. We quote within one business day and handle pickup. Many of the units on our refurbished inventory started as buyer trade-ins.

Do you offer repair service and technical support?

Yes. Our technicians have 30+ years of hands-on work with autoclaves, sterilizers, exam tables, and dental chairs. Call for phone troubleshooting, book a repair, or ship your unit to Arkansas. Most issues get solved in under 10 minutes on the phone, and the call is free whether you bought from us or not.

Do you have service manuals for older equipment?

Yes. Booth Medical maintains one of the largest free libraries of autoclave service manuals and Midmark/Ritter exam table parts references online. If you know the model, we probably have the manual.

What kinds of practices do you serve?

Physician offices, surgery centers, hospitals, nursing homes, research laboratories, veterinary clinics, and dental practices. Anywhere equipment gets sterilized, a patient gets examined, or vital signs get monitored.

Where does my order ship from?

Our distribution center in Alexander, Arkansas. Orders placed before 2 PM CT typically ship the same day. Common parts and accessories arrive within 2 business days anywhere in the continental US. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, and internationally on request.
