Autoclave pouches are medical devices that must allow penetration of the steam, provide protection against contact contamination during handling, act as an effective barrier to microbial penetration, and maintain the sterile field of the processed item after sterilization. Our self sealing sterilizer pouches are designed using excellent quality medical grade paper that meet all of the guidelines. They are easy to open but strong enough to prevent "blowouts" during the cycle. If stored in a cool, dry place the indicator, adhesion and materials will not be compromised by heat and moisture. Indicator strips turn to let you know the pouch has been through the process.
