Do Sterilmatic units require special facility prep?
Yes — they're larger and need dedicated 220V power (single-phase or three-phase depending on model), water supply, drain, and ventilation. The STM-EL fits under a 32-inch counter; the larger Centry units need their own floor space. White-glove installation includes a pre-install site survey to confirm hookups.
