What service option is best for your autoclave?

WHAT WE SERVICE

Equipment, brands, and capabilities.

Booth Medical services autoclaves, sterilizers, and exam-room equipment. Three paths are available depending on the situation: a remote video session, depot service at our facility, or a local field technician dispatched from our network.

We're an authorized distributor for Midmark, Tuttnauer, Ritter, Market Forge, and others. That means our team knows the equipment from the inside — what parts are interchangeable across model years, where the design weaknesses are, which OEM specs matter.

Start with a phone call

Whichever path ends up being right, the first step is usually a quick call. Many issues — error codes, won't-heat, cycle aborts, leaks at the door — can be narrowed down in 5–10 minutes once we know the model and what you're seeing.

If we can resolve it on the phone, we will. If not, we'll route you to the service option that fits your timeline, equipment, and location.

Not sure which option fits?

Call us with the model and a description of the issue and we'll route you to the right service path. Many issues are resolvable on the phone.
