The ramps rest on the floor for easier patient access. With only one hand you can quickly slide the release lever and fold down the 6550's column down for easy transport or vertical storage. The platform is on 2.2 inches/56 mm high for easy patient accessibility and comfort while weighing either standing or in a wheelchair. The 6550 scale actually folds up for easy vertical storage. The heavy duty casters provide easy movement in all four directions. Ideal for use in multiple areas.

The digital weight indicator is advanced, intelligent and easy to use. Hook up to a serial port, USB or optional wired and Wi-Fi Ethernet. It has BMI calculation yellow "fast keys" for basic weighing. Turn the mounting bracket 350 degrees to view the display at every angle. The Blue LCD display provides a bright clear image. The platform of the wheelchair scale measures 30 x 32 inch (76 x 81 cm). It is EMR/EHR ready.
