Due to its unique product design and high capacity, DETECTO's 6868 bariatric flip seat scale can be used for a variety of uses: standing, seated, and bariatric weighing. The stainless steel handrails with padded grips that wrap around the frame of the bed provide comfortable support for obese and unsteady patients. In addition to its simple design, the 6868 is completely portable and can easily be transported as a result of its battery-powered and integral wheels (6 AA batteries not included). It will fit through doorways of up to 32 inches (81 cm) in width. The 6868 features a high 1,000 lb x 0.2 lb / 450 kg x 0.1 kg capacity, unique flip-up seat for standing or seated weighing, extra-large 32 in x 34 in (81 cm x 86 cm) platform, Body Mass Index, Automatic Shutoff and Sleep modes.
