EZ10k is an all-in-one, fully automatic autoclave from Tuttnauer. A touch of a button takes care of all the tasks involved in filling, sterilizing, exhausting, and drying. A simple one-touch design is the best way to achieve all your sterilization goals.
There is no doubt that the unit is one of the best in the sterilization industry. If you are frequently using your autoclave, this would be an excellent primary or backup unit.

As part of our rigorous refurbishment process, this EZ10K has been refurbished as follows:

• Our technicians perform a thorough inspection of ALL components, cosmetics, and functionality of your computer.
• In case any parts are worn or broken, replace them with new ones.
• Depending on the condition of the frame and chassis, sand and paint them as required.
• Ensure that the reservoir tank is cleaned of all debris and particulates by removing them.
• Ensure that the chamber and reservoir are cleaned and polished inside and out.
• Blow out the lines one by one.
• As necessary, replace all safety mechanisms, controls, relays, condenser tubes, overheat thermostats, valves, switches, filters, and all other parts of the unit.
• Lubricate and clean all moving parts of the machine.
• Make sure that all pressure and water leaks are repaired.
• Make sure the door closure is lubricated and in good working order.
• Replace the door gasket with a new one.
• Test and calibrate the device according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Testing is repeated in order to ensure quality.
• Various positions within the chamber are tested for spores.
