In our capacity as a Tuttnauer distributor, we are very excited about the new AAMI Certified Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus autoclave. The 19.8" deep chamber holds five full-size trays making it a definite advantage for anyone looking for a larger sterilizer. The EZGlide self-locking door brings this EZ11 Plus up to date without compromising the efficient closed-door drying that Tuttnauer is famous for. Another one of the machine's nice features is its ability to fill the reservoir tank from either the front or the top. What's also neat is its multi-color display which displays data on time, temperature, pressure, and any other information necessary regarding the cycle. This program has a user-friendly color wheel that displays the changes for each phase of the cycle. It will even provide the history of each count of the cycle, keeping a total of 100 counts in memory. A flash drive can be used to transfer the data to a PC, giving the EZ11Plus a distinct advantage over its competitors. The EZ11Plus offers seven sterilization programs, including one that includes a ChamberBrite mode for cleaning. It is now easier and more user-friendly than ever before to perform routine maintenance. Although this EZ11 Plus Tuttnauer autoclave for sale is equipped with all the most advanced features, it is still much more affordable than competing autoclaves. Other standard features include a free AR910 pouch rack as well as a tray handle.

Door Features EZGlide Self-Locking Technology
The new EZGlide door is an ergonomically friendly design that allows the door to open and close smoothly with an automatic double safety locking system. With a gentle push, close the door and lock it by sliding it closed and locking it with a gentle push.

Multicolor EZView LCD Display
A bright, new LCD panel takes advantage of the latest multi-color display technology to allow easy reading even from a distance. Even from a distance, the real-time cycle information is easy to read, even from a distance, showing the program icon and name, as well as the cycle parameters, temperature, and pressure in the chamber. When a programming program is selected it will display both the active color wheel as well as text for each stage of the sterilization cycle. During the various phases of the cycle, the color of the wheel and text change. The wheel moves to indicate activity through each part of the cycle. The remaining period of time is displayed during the cycle of filling water, sterilizing water, and drying water; information is displayed in multiple languages

The EZPad's Controls are Quite Simple to Use.
A user can easily surf through the sterilization programs and user directories with the help of an easy-to-use set of three keys.

Maintain a Sterile Environment With Closed-Door Drying
As a means of maintaining sterility and ensuring efficient drying, the door remains closed throughout the drying cycle. Using a 0.2*m HEPA air filter (replaceable) and a high-efficiency air pump, filtered air is circulated through the chamber for fast drying.

Documentation and Collection of Data
Detailed records of each cycle can be printed with the help of an optional printer. By using a USB flash drive, you are able to transfer 100 cycles from the autoclave to a computer and print the results. In addition to the USB port that enables users to easily transfer cycle data via a flash drive or by using the included network port, users can remotely monitor the sterilizer using the optional RPCR software. The RPCR Software provides detailed reports of the cycle specifications along with graphs and tables with measurements of specific parameters and data values. Reports can be saved in PDF file format, with RPCR Software being able to generate PDF formats as well. Using an Ethernet connection, you can operate the RPCR feature.

Various configurations of stainless steel trays, cassettes, and pouches can be accommodated using the rack and tray system.

The EZ11Plus is a very easy-to-use device with four FDA-approved sterilization programs. In addition, there are two customized sterilization programs that offer the user the option of additional drying time, as well as a convenient ChamberBrite cleaning program to simplify maintenance when using the ChamberBrite powdered autoclave cleaner.

Virus Protect
A new pre-sterilization cycle for Tuttnauer Autoclaves

Tuttnauer is proud to introduce a new pre-sterilization cycle to treat the viruses that may reside inside the autoclave chamber and provide the best in class safety for the autoclave operators throughout the entire sterilization process. The new cycle will be available on EZ11 and 9 Plus, Elara, and T-Edge units sold going forward. Additionally, this setting will be available to existing owners of EZ Plus & Elara units.

What is Virus Protect?

By heating the chamber for a set time prior to the sterilization process, Virus Protect destroys harmful viruses such as Covid-19, before the air removal stage from the chamber starts. This creates a protective shield that prevents the emission of bio-contaminants and viruses into the environment. This cycle has been developed based on academic research and literature, to ensure the complete and comprehensive elimination of viruses.
