Sterilization of Liquids

The sterilization of liquids is different than sterilizing solid-state instruments. The heat distribution in a fluid can be higher or lower depending on the chemical make-up of the liquid. So, the temperature probes are there to make sure the chamber heats up to a point where the heat distribution in the liquid achieves sterilization temperature throughout. During the sterilization process, the pressurized chamber packs molecules in water-tight. After sterilization is achieved, the chamber is opened, and the chamber’s pressure and temperature begin to decrease. At this point, the molecules move away quickly, sometimes too quickly! If the chamber is not at a low enough temperature, the liquid will boil over. The probes regulate the temperature to prevent a boil-over.

Virus Protect

By heating the chamber for a set time prior to the sterilization process, Virus Protect destroys the harmful viruses such as Covid 19, before the air removal stage from the chamber starts. This cycle has been developed based on academic research and literature, to ensure the complete and comprehensive elimination of viruses.
