AUTHORIZED TUTTNAUER DISTRIBUTOR

Tuttnauer sterilizers, stocked and ready.

Class B European steam sterilizers built for compliance-heavy environments — surgery centers, labs, and dental practices that need cycle traceability and validated sterility. T-Edge series, 2540 / 3870 / 5050 EH, and replacement parts for everything in between.

WHAT TUTTNAUER MAKES

Class B sterilization, done right.

Tuttnauer is the standard for Class B steam sterilization in North America — the level of validated sterility required for hollow lumen instruments, packaged loads, and surgical sets. The T-Edge series is their modern flagship (touchscreen, USB cycle logs, fractionated pre-vacuum). The 2540 / 3870 / 5050 series are the time-tested workhorses that have been running in clinical facilities for decades.

WHY THIS MATTERS FOR YOU

Compliance and uptime.

If you're being audited — by a state health department, by AAAHC, by The Joint Commission — your sterilizer's documentation is on the audit list. Tuttnauer's cycle logging (especially on T-Edge and the D-suffix models) makes that paperwork a non-issue.

For uptime: we keep gaskets, door seals, water reservoirs, and printer paper for every current Tuttnauer model in stock. A printer roll won't sideline a Tuesday clinic.

Talk to a specialist
Class B vs Class N — which do I need?

Class B is required for hollow lumen instruments (handpieces, suction tips, anything with an internal channel) and packaged or wrapped loads. It uses fractionated pre-vacuum cycles to evacuate air from inside the load. Class N handles solid, unwrapped instruments only.

For dental and surgical, you almost always need Class B. Tuttnauer's T-Edge, T-Lab, and 5050 EHS series are all Class B. The 2540 and 3870 are Class N (still excellent for unwrapped instruments, but not a substitute for Class B if your scope requires it).

Which T-Edge model fits my practice?

The T-Edge series scales by chamber capacity: T-Edge 8 (8 liters) for single-operatory dental and small clinics, T-Edge 11 for typical multi-operatory dental and primary care, T-Edge 15 / T-Edge 18 / T-Edge 22 for surgery centers and high-volume clinics that run 4+ cycles per day.

Do you stock Tuttnauer gaskets, seals, and consumables?

Yes — gaskets and door seals for the 2340, 2540, 3870, 5050, EZ9 / EZ10, and the full T-Edge series. Printer rolls, filters, and water reservoirs for all current models. Ships same-day from Arkansas (cutoff 4:30pm CT).

Does Tuttnauer offer factory service through you?

Yes. As an authorized distributor we can route Tuttnauer's factory service program for in-warranty repairs and post-warranty maintenance contracts. For urgent repairs, the parts desk can ship same-day to your local technician.
